Review: Good book on the third eye.There was lots in this book I found interesting.I liked the discussion of how the third eye works.Also,the meditation exercises were excellent.The benefits as well really opened my eyes to what is possible.If the third eye can help in letting go of negative thinking then it is very powerful indeed!Also, the whole idea of discovering more meaning in life with the help of the third eye is very appealing.There is alot to this topic and it also goes back thousands of years so there is alot of history and background involved here.This book has really opened my eyes to alot of possibilities.

Review: This is a fascinating book that explores the powers that lie within the pineal gland. As a spiritual person myself, this is always been an area of interest for me, and I've had phases where I can record my dreams, go to parks and observe people, which are suggested in this book. This book is like a trip down memory lane in some respects, but it also tells me that I've lost touch with that part of myself which has been laying dormant in quiet desperation. Recently, I have not been living what is considered a balanced life, and I feel like most people can relate to this. With that being said I just recently have gotten more in touch with the spiritual side of me through meditation. This book goes briefly into the importance of meditation and how to do it. I think that the exercise to sit somewhere and observe people on your surroundings is great for learning to be in tune with the emotions of others without having interacted with them. It's more like an exchange of energy that is felt with more practice. Least that's how I see it. I look forward to trying the few meditations offered within this book. I've honestly never done mantra meditation before, so this will be a new realm for me. I think we all can use a little more spiritual sense in her life, especially if our life seem to be filled with the demands of our business, family, personal strifes in general.

Review: A friend of mine raved about this book, and how interesting and enlightening its topic is, so I bought it. Opening the third eye is definitely something I’ve spent time thinking about and attempting to do it the past, with varying success. This book was enlightening primarily from the perspective of tying the opening of the third eye to an actual physical/chemical process in the body. I can’t wait to start seeing results!

The book teaches you to learn the basic of opening the third eye that's also useful for ordinary people. Review: I believe in this third eye senses and I think I got a powerful body sense but it is not activated yet. that is why I found this book and will try to activate it to use in a more positive way to help me through challenges in life. In this book it will teach you on how to open the pineal gland and teach you how to open your third eye.

Review: This book offers revealing information about third eye in each and everyone. It starts off with general knowledge on the subject, our intuitions, our gut feelings---these are just the tip of our third eye, which is the undeveloped sense we have. The book then progresses to the benefits of having an open third eye, how to develop it and make use of it. The author then moves to details and process in meditation to have more control of your emotions and deeper understanding around you. Opening your third eye requires spiritual aspect in your life and and mindfulness in surroundings.

Essentially, it is important to know first if you want and ready to open your third eye. For me, it is imperative to read first the benefits and uses of third eye so you will have a broaden perception of it and learn how to develop it. Assuredly worth reading.

Review: This book has an array of meditative practices that are supposed to activate your pineal gland or what is referred to as your "third eye" I enjoy meditating though I haven't been doing it consistently recently. I've never done any of the meditative exercises in this book, so it makes me excited to try them out and see its effects. I have not done any deeper exploration regarding the pineal gland other than a book on DMT by Rick Strassman, so this is the mind expanding book and I deeply appreciate the author taking the time to further dissect this topic. The dosage in this book is very welcoming as it is concise, yet because of the meditation techniques offered, it provides a lot of practicality into regular living, which is very appealing to me and I'm assuming for most beginners to a subject. I can't wait to give some of these meditations ago.

Review: This book gave me a little scare in its statement that once you open the third eye, the process is irreversible. The concept I have to admit was scary to me, but as I read on to learn that the side effects are very positive, it makes me look at this in a new way. I have to admit that anything that I'm told is irreversible causes me anxiety. But the prospect of being able to use the third eye and recognize my intuition as a real and positive statement of the truth around me, excites me and lets me look forward to the possibilities. The exercises seem quite simple, and I'm shocked about the affirmation that one can open their third eye in such a short time. We shall see. If anything, the meditations techniques given are really good.
